After helping transform OTC Markets Group from a niche and misunderstood market into a globally recognized capital markets platform, coupled with his work at BNY ADRs and JP Morgan, Jason developed deep relationships across exchanges, broker-dealers, market makers, issuers, regulators, investment banks, and institutional investors worldwide.
He helped build one of the most successful issuer-services businesses in global capital markets while working directly with thousands of companies navigating access to U.S. investors.That experience created a unique perspective: the greatest inefficiencies in global capital markets today are no longer informational, they are structural.
Crossbridge exists to “bridge” those structural gaps.

Jason most recently served as Director of OTC Markets Group International Ltd. and Executive Vice President, Corporate Services, where he has led international growth initiatives and supported over 1,800 issuers accessing U.S. capital markets.
Prior to this, Jason held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, where he was Managing Director and Segment Head within the Corporate & Investment Bank, overseeing custody, clearing and collateral management.
He also spent over a decade at BNY Mellon, including as Head of the Global Capital Markets Group within the Depositary Receipt division, and as Head of M&A for Financial Markets and Treasury Services.
Jason has served on the Board of the Crowdfunding Professional Association and previously on the Board of OTC Markets Group. He holds a degree in International Relations from Boston University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
